Fi is a true Pilates lover, constantly looking for ways to deepen her own practice and understand the method more. She qualified as a contemporary mat teacher in 2025, undertaking further training in reformer, classical mat, tower and classical reformer with the renowned Lisa B Pilates, as well as attending workshops with J Pilates, Pi Studio and Susy Wheeler.

Fi is currently a classical apprentice under the tutelage of James Shaw, a highly-respected classical teacher, working towards achieving her 600 hours, fully comprehensive training in London.
